Application support
To make our help more targeted and better, please answer the following questions:
Help:
- Which application version you use - Indicate which version of the application is installed on your computer. To find this information, go to Help > About. It is also shown in the name of the application..
- Operating system - Go to Start > Control Panel > System icon. The “General” tab contains “System”: here you will find information about your operating system. (sample Win7 Picture , Win10 Picture)
- Platform - see Operating system, unless 64bit is indicated, you have 32bit.
- Exact error message wording - an error reported by the application or Windows. This helps us determine what may be the problem.
- Problem description, e.g., where the problem occurs - steps you take which cause the error message to be displayed. We can try and see whether the error lies within the application (we will see the error) or whether your computer setting is different or incorrect..
The aim of the questionnaire is not to bother you. It will help us identify the root of the problem.
